Sonic Drive-in - Hays

Didn't even get anything we ordered and for the price we should have gotten the right food.

The carhop was Angela and she was all smiles polite and told me please comeback and thank me afterwards, she could be a trainer or even maybe consider for manager or shift leader, thanks for having people like that working for you and us customers.

My boyfriend and I showed up about 15 minutes before close and ordered food here. I work in the restaurant industry too, so I understand how difficult and frustrating it is when people show up right before close. I emphasized that we could go somewhere else if their friers were already off. However, I paid almost $30 and our entire order was wrong, even after we asked if it was okay for us to order said items from the menu. After they assured us they could complete the order, we even double checked with our server that everything was okay. He insisted it was, but we got our chili cheese fries with no chili, our combo was missing the fries, and the sauces we asked for never came. Again, I understand when people show up that close to closing time, you just have to do the best you can, but the least they could’ve done is just been honest with us about whether or not everything we ordered was doable. I just paid $30 for 3 items that were sub par in the first place. $10 for a fast food sandwich is stupid, especially when the workers told us not to feel bad for ordering.

This place is a den of inept, low IQ imbeciles parading as human beings. How are you going to mess up an order then act like it's the customer's fault? How are you also going to somehow mess up the refund AND replacement as well?

The only consistent and reliable fast food place in town. The prices are reasonable enough.
