It seems the hangover burgers no longer come with hashbrowns, or at least the last two I tried to order were without them. The quality of the basic items like wings, burgers, and appetizers has declined. I’m starting to think that maybe the value isn’t there anymore, and I might as well spend my $20 at the grocery store and learn to cook myself. Alternatively, it might be time for the kitchen staff to focus more on their work instead of whatever distractions they have going on.

Farida sold me two gold chains that she recommended, and I absolutely love them! She is incredibly nice and provides amazing customer service. Thank you, Farida—you’re awesome!

Awful customer service. I ordered a well-done burger with all the toppings and fries for myself, and I was with my fiancé, her mother, and her grandmother. None of our burgers arrived as requested, either in terms of toppings or doneness. The servers simply stood by as if this was normal, and one of them even said, "You can figure it out; we don’t have time." I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone—not even to a dead goat.

Price per portion ratio! Burnt grill chunks on burgers! Just not what it used to be! Better kitchen management might help!
