Great steaks. Priced right. And the pig tails are a must for a starter. Update club sandwich is pretty good.

Had a family dinner tonight at Thirstys. Service was exceptionally fantastic. Food was very good and the atmosphere was perfect. Isabel was our waitress, and she couldn't have done a better job. Always there when a glass was empty or just to check on us. They were extremely busy and all the waitresses seemed to be keeping up with the crowd very well. I highly recommend Thirstys to anyone visiting Hays or a resident of the area.

My husband and I were in Hays visiting for the first time from South Carolina. We loved the food, beer, and atmosphere. I got the beef tips dinner and my husband got the wings. Both were perfect. Being able to watch the football game on the TVs was entertaining. Our server, Andrew, was great and took excellent care of us. We loved our dinner and recommend this place!

Eaten here before and enjoyed it but this time the Rocky Mountain oysters must have come off of a small cat

The ribeye was cooked seasoned to perfection. My wife loved the shrimp. Incredible value for the price.
