Mcdonald's - Wilson

HORRIBLE customer service. They didn't have anyone at the register to take orders. The line continued to get longer towards the door and no worker acknowledged anyone. When someone tried to get a workers attention after waiting over 5 minutes, they were ignored and then rudely dismissed. I understand staffing is difficult because of covid, but a simple acknowledgment goes a long way.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I received my order, some of my food had spilled out of the bag, and my dish was overcooked. No one offered to remake my food, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order.

The restaurant was very nice and clean, and the cashier was friendly and pleasant. I had never been to a McDonald's before, and the staff introduced themselves by name when taking our orders. The location was beautiful and had ample parking. Additionally, it was wheelchair accessible.

My family andi has made an online order and stopped the online orders at 12:30. we are coming to mcdonald. 10:50 and they, where closed. I always run into a problem with this mcdonald’s in the night, I eat only here because my children love it and autistic son don’t eat fries from everywhere.

Nice place, clean and quiet eating was good, my only problem, they mistakenly shortened me a huh nugget, normally I wouldn't even hate it, but I went back and asked her to deliver it and obviously the hugd with the yellow hemd had a setting was rolling her eyes and made a comment when she was taking with a customer to treat her as she felt like going back nicely
