Zero stars. Terrible service. Settings from hell. Exceptional prices. It never fails that they always screw orders.

I ordered a cheeseburger and a large fry, but I received the same size container that I would get if I hadn't asked for a large. When they asked me what I ordered, I confirmed it was a cheeseburger. They then told me it came with a large foam container and a large sweet tea, to which I agreed. I later discovered that there was an extra charge of $2.25 for what I received. What's going on? The last time I visited, they handed me my debit card back, and I only noticed it was missing when I got home. Since it's now out of my possession, my bank suggested I get a replacement card, which not only cost me money but was also a huge inconvenience. They didn’t even offer me a complimentary meal on my next visit. And to top it off, they messed up my fries. I really wish Bill were still around—he was such a great guy.

Very small Steingrill in the middle of nowhere. Hotdogs for me and ice cream for my wife and grandchildren. Place is very clean and excellent customer service. Daily Specials Monday thru Friday.

We had the worst dining experience ever and were charged $35 for it. We called in an order, but when we arrived, they informed us that we had actually contacted a different Bills Grill. A staff member came to the window and offered to prepare our food to save us a trip to Wilson, which we appreciated given the heavy snowfall. However, instead of just communicating that they needed to close, we were met with unfriendly faces from the staff and received poorly prepared food with burned fries. We ended up wasting our money and had nothing to eat. I will NEVER return to this place! They are off my list! Shame on you!

The food was excellent. I ordered a burger and fries, and it was clear they use real meat for their burgers, not some frozen imitation patty. The prices are reasonable too. It's located in a rural area, but they do offer a drive-thru window if you call in your order ahead of time.
