Booster Juice - Whitchurch-Stouffville

I get smoothies at this location everyday. I came in at 7:30 pm asked for what I order everyday. I noticed the lady didn't put in yogurt, I asked if she could put it in. She said no I already put it away I said what time do you close she said 9 pm and I said it's only 7:30 your cleaning up already she said do you want me to put it in and I said yes she gave me attitude and walked over to the fridge just had to take it out and take a the wrap off the top and scoop it out came back and gave me a dirty look and walked off, I am so pissed right now spent so much money at this place over the years and get treated like a garbage by your employee ridiculous. I didn't say anything because my son died last week and I didn't want to explode on this younge lady. You need to teach your staff how to deal with customers and not ne packing up to go home 1.5 hrs before close. I never gave a bad review to any company but after my loyalty and years spending money here I am very upset with what just happened

Man this place is keeping me busy... Since my last review of 5 stars I have since had some bad experiences to say the least! Something is very wrong at this place. Owner is very disrespectful. May he needs a break or maybe a vacay. Dude needs to chill. Anger issues maybe...

I ordered for the first time this past week. The achai drink…however, I noticed the guy and the girl behind the counter were too busy talking to care about the customer. Plus, the girl had no hairnet on. Afterwards, I went home be drank the achai drink…however, I ended up throwing up…I suggest the owner correct his employees…otherwise, he may shut down early, sorry to say…Thanks.

Asked for blueberries to be added to my drink, was charged extra for it.Paid for an extra scoop of whey protein, when my drink was blended the excess in the blender was thrown away, waste of my money along with the business. If I could give this place a zero I would. The manager is rude and has an attitude. I asked to blend a juice with ice and she implied I was getting more product. I did not ask for more juice i asked for ice. She was loud and couldn 't explain herself cause no matter what she said they was no way of explaining her theory to make sense. Even the custoners behind me agreed that she made no sense was making a big deal about ice. Ice been to several locations across the city never have I ever had an issue with this. Its friggin adding ice. NOT JUICE.
