Cream N Sugar Cafe - Richmond Hill

I often opt for one of their garden salads from the display window, which are a good size and come with tasty dressings. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but the exceptional service at this cafe compelled me to do so. I truly believe that good service is just as important as good food, and the owners of this cafe genuinely care about their business. It's refreshing to see the actual owners greeting customers instead of hiring random staff. The cafe is very kid-friendly, and I always see families with children enjoying ice cream. Overall, I highly recommend dining at this cafe.

At the beginning I like this place. We ordered pizza, shawarma and the famous ice cream but there was a very bad issue when I ask for a cup of just hot water and the owner charge me $2.10 just for hot water, I’m very disappointed they lost a good costumer with this miserable detail.Food: 3/5

First time here and loved this place! The sandwiches were delicious and fresh. We got a small hot chocolate as well which was so yummy. They have Kawartha ice cream that we enjoyed too. The owner was extremely friendly and I am definitely coming back!Food: 5/5

Absolutely love this place! It’s great for all meals. I often get their smoked salmon sandwich which includes an everything bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, onions, and capers. It’s AMAZING. Also love their carrot cake. Great to bring friends, get take out, or even complete work there. Also super friendly staff. :)Food: 5/5
