Gong Cha Gòng Chá - Scarborough

I ordered two large coconut milk teas, one with a creme brulee foam topping, but received both in regular size. I placed the order under the name Stella H on Doordash. This mistake was careless and could have been easily avoided by the restaurant.

The drinks I received were pretty good, but I was disappointed that they were served in a paper/ eco-friendly cup instead of the plastic cup shown in the menu images and on social media. There are plenty of eco-friendly and more appealing alternatives that could have been used. The atmosphere is just okay; it isn't very welcoming, and it feels awkward to be the only customer there.

I am not sure of their closing time as they always call when you order through Uber to inform you that they are out of certain items.

The guy who ordered for me was not helpful at all. He was rude.drink tasted weird. And the price was expensive.

Gongcha is my absolute favourite boba chain but I will never return to this location. The cashier was disgustingly rude and I’m pretty sure she tipped herself before handing me the machine. I ordered a taro milk tea and it tasted nothing like I know its supposed to. It tasted like warm water. So disappointed I’m never coming back.
