Having never visited the pub before, I was unsure of what to expect. However, I was intrigued by the recent advertisement showcasing creative cocktails and a diverse menu. Despite some difficulty finding parking and locating the entrance, once inside, the cozy, well-lit space with a clean, modern yet rustic vibe welcomed us. The chef and staff greeted us promptly, and after ordering drinks, we were shown to our reserved table. Although the fireplace near our table was unlit, the high ceiling with beautiful wooden beams and clever use of foliage created a charming ambiance. The only downside was the outdated state of the restrooms, but since it wasn't the main reason for our visit, I won't focus on it. I opted for a lighter meal with whipped goat cheese, while others at the table enjoyed steak with onion rings. I also tried a bathtub cocktail with cute little ducks in a blue drink, which had a fun presentation that led to a humorous spill, adding to the charm of the evening. The food, beautifully presented and with generous portions, received unanimous praise for its taste. The attentive staff provided excellent service without being overly intrusive.
