So we thought it would be nice to give panda another shot after a not good experience earlier in the year. this time they understood not only the order wrong, but gave us no confirmation at the time of the purchase. They still accused us for our meal times, although they have published a policy on the window that do not enjoy their meal on us. this situation is badly managed, and it would use the antid wasilla to take another restaurant his place. they are so careless and rude that something has to be done. do not go
I want to highlight how exceptional the service was at this restaurant! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and assisted me with my food and payment. I had my baby in a car seat, and when Kayla handed me my food and I found my hands quite full, Ashton kindly followed me to the door and held it open for me. He even offered to help with my car door! Now that’s what I call outstanding customer service! Great job to the Panda team in Wasilla!
I visit this restaurant frequently and usually have a decent experience. However, during my last visit (two days before Christmas), I was disappointed to find that my meal consisted of overcooked, dried noodles and rice, along with chewy, undercooked meat in my black pepper Angus. When I tried to inform the manager about the concerning quality of the food, he suggested preparing a new dish for me—but I declined. I simply wanted to make him aware of the issue, but he seemed dismissive and told me there was nothing that could be done.
One of our dining companions had ordered vegetables, and instead of being informed about the wait time for a fresh batch, they were simply told that it was being prepared. I believe it would be more customer-friendly to communicate clearly that a fresh batch is in the works, providing an estimated wait time of around six minutes or so. Additionally, I found it disappointing that when ordering a bowl, we couldn't have it split between two different entrees. The staff seemed to have a "can't do" attitude, which was off-putting. On a separate note, the restrooms definitely need some attention; they were in disrepair and lacked paper towels for hand drying. Furthermore, there was no ice available in the drink dispenser. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a three out of five. The noodles and other food items were good, but several aspects of our experience could use improvement.
