I drove there from Palmer to pick up doughnuts for work. My son and I got there early, so he can make it to school. The sign said Drive Through only, we pulled up to the window. The sign said open at 7am. It was 6:55, we decided to wait in-front of the window...its a clear window, we could see the lady take the sign down at 7am, and put up the open at 8am sign. This is my third time attempting to purchase fresh doughnuts from the Wasilla location. I drove through around 8:06am and asked what doughnuts were fresh and made that morning. I was told all were with the exception of donut holes and minis. I asked for a dozen assorted and received what I?ve always gotten: cold and stale glazed donuts with assorted icing on top. If you want fresh, go to the Anchorage location.
