Arby's - Wasilla

I love the just right roasted beef with horseradish sauce. The Wasilla facility is clean, has quick service and most impressively, gets the orders right.

Food is great, prices could be a bit cheaper. And employees are not always very friendly. Portion sizes are pretty good.

Since Arby's went to Coke products instead of Pepsi products I do not go as often. I love the curly fries so not happy about Coke.

They're always one of the busiest fast food places in town, but they're always so nice, the order is always right, and they're good at handling the amount of traffic they get.

This is below average, even for a fast food place. We went a month ago and it was terrible, everything was cold and tasted old. We thought maybe they had an off night, so we gave it another chance. We paid for cheese sticks, but never got them. Food was again cold and fries were a soggy mess. Even if you're the only one in the drive thru, it takes a ridiculously long time to get your food- and then it's cold! Seriously, what are they doing in there?! Needs a complete revamp in management.
