Your kind of pansit simple and tasty. Just as we had before and long for it.
Classic bat patch with more meat than vegetable toppings. The serving sizes are also exactly correct and not overwhelming in contrast to other panciteria.
The taste of food is still the same recipe I tasted 5 years ago, meat is tasty and noodles are firm.
