Pansit Batil-Patung is a must as the first meal when in Cagayan especially Billy Jacks Panciteria with its unique toppings BALUT, Longganisa, Tapa, Sisig  I didn't really know how to order it because there were so many toppings you could choose from and partnered with your preferred onion and soy sauce concoction and some egg drop soup, your innat kid will be begging for more and with a reggae/surfer themed place, you'll definitely feel you're at the beach! The toppings that they put on your pancit and the unique interiors will make the experience unique. Its not usual to have sisig, chicharon bulaklak, chicharon, tapa, longganisa and balut on your pancit. Without those toppings the food is ordinary and would prefer to eat at Jeff's panciteria.

Im not fond of pansit or noodles of any sort but when i heard of the authentic pansit, meaning a new invention with many variation of the local ingredients including balut as toppings, off we went with family and friends. It is something that a visitor should try because tuguegarao is known for its pancit "batil patung".
