To make your eating experience enjoyable, ask what they do have as the thing I was after was not available (Jack Daniel ribs), but my secondary choice was well worth it.If you need a sugar rush ask for the Red Iced Tea, all you taste is sugar with a hint of tea........ going to the dentist to have my teeth removed (joke).

Our host accompanied us to this place. The area is a bit small but the food was really good! Plus, it was affordable too! We had mouth-watering ribs for just 165 pesos!It was so worth it!Service is also good. Didn't have to wait too long for our food despite being there for lunch.

Lavinia’s Secret Recipe is undeniably among my favorite restaurants (and my family’s too) here in my hometown Tuguegarao! We often eat here during the weekends. The owners are two good friends - Chef Lavinia Lavadia-Fernando and Ray Lagundi who both have a penchant for cooking and business. They serve burgers, pastas, and rice meals that suit the Tugueno’s taste and budget. My personal favorite is the Sizzling Bulalo. These are bulalo beef shanks that are boiled until fork tender and sauced with gravy, served with java rice with a side dish of corn and carrots. Another irresistible treat (which is my mom’s favorite) is the Juicy Lucy - a half-pounder burger patty served on a bun with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bacon and house dressing. It already comes with a serving of homemade fries. My husband’s favorite is the Cheesy Beefy, where beef tenderloin is sautéed with onions, red bell pepper, mushrooms with melted cheese. Other worth tasting meals are Beef Kebab, Linguine Carbonara and Asian, Beer and Chili-flavored Ribs. Aside from Turon with peanut butter, other unique must-try desserts include Cereal Killer Ice Cream Sandwhich and Malteser’s Pie.
