Mobile orders are placed before in store customers which is frustrating when they arent even there and mine is only made when all mobile orders are done... this has happened MANY times
Music volume rivals that of some nightclubs. I guess they figure since people aren't allowed to stay they can pump up the volume. Coffee is never hot like it should be. Worst Starbucks of all that I go to.
Everytime, the hot breakfast is ready and then I wait for a drink for at at least 10 minutes. What 's the point of hot breakfast which will get cold by the time the drink is ready?
Cons: Often feels more like Chuck E. Cheese than Starbucks when groups of loud, bratty kids and young teens take over. WiFi is also frequently down with no notice or warning to dine-in customers who might be looking/need to get online. Pros: lots of seating, reasonably fast service when not busy, nice patio. Customer suggestion: Let customers know when WiFi is down before they order or at least post a notice on door window. Two dine-in customers just walked out in obvious frustration as I'm writing this (using my smartphone data) and I'm about to follow suit with no intention of coming back anytime soon.
These employees are stronger than the U.S Marines. I salute you all. Even in busy morning rush hour, the baristas were so kind despite being overwhelmed. Every time I go through the drive through, whoever it is working the window is always friendly. I don?t know what you get paid but you deserve a lot more! Thank you for your service, baristas!!!! :
