Chucks Roadhouse Grill - Stouffville

Chuck's was a disappointing experience. We arrived at 11 PM and had to wait for a table, even though they are supposed to close at midnight. The only highlight of our meal was the price of the steaks, which were very affordable, but the quality was lacking—they were dry and not worth the cost. The only appealing aspect of the place is that they offer 50% off appetizers after 9 PM every night.

While Chuck's taste and ambience are certainly great, what our evening special really did, Ms. Mackenzie's customer management. She went out of her way to make us welcome and made sure. Simple burgers became a gourmet menu only because of their great setting. I hope management will reward them for their charming personality and great service.

For the first time yesterday (in Oshawa by Thickson Rd). I had a smokehouseburger with roasted sweet potatoes. The burger was so delicious! It is juicy, fresh and tasty. Service was also great (here is Brown). Both my friend and I had a very good experience in this restaurant, we will definitely go back.

Was really busy when we went on Tuesday night at 10:00, but our waitress was great. Parts for the wings, rings and fingers were more than usual compared to other places where I was.

Very recommended for the 1/2 price appetizers after 9 a.m. We ordered a bunch of appetizers like Bruschetta, Wings, Dips, Quesadillas and Fritten. Their appetizers were decent, but the biggest was that they were half the price, and the portions were generous. I would definitely return for the half-price apps. What a lot!
