Costa Coffee - Feedback

Today I found ants in my iced latte counted 10. #unhappy

The shop was very untidy looked like the carpet hasn't seen a hoover for weeks. Staff stood around talking while one struggling to serve the queue.

No dishwasher =no cups what on earth did they do before dishwashers

It would be nice to have some healthy sandwiches and deserts, gluten free products as well, and healthy drinks

I do love my costa coffee but I'm finding it so annoying every time I ask for toast they never have any

Faster service, milk is extra, but glad that it is this option along with some vegan options
