I have always found the staff here to be pleasant and friendly and the coffee they make has always been good .
Today I found ants in my iced latte counted 10. #unhappy
The shop was very untidy looked like the carpet hasn't seen a hoover for weeks. Staff stood around talking while one struggling to serve the queue.
No dishwasher =no cups what on earth did they do before dishwashers
