Horrible customer service, came in at 7:18PM, 42 minutes before closing and was told no more ice cream even though they took the customers order in front of us for ice cream, the Hispanic female making the ice cream then looked at me and said if you tip me $10, I 'll make it for you. while talking smack about us in español to the customer that was in front of us. ?

Located inside Dulles town Center! Famous for Boba Teas! Have a sip of unique boba flavors if you visit this mall.

Dulles Mall location -Worst customer service, the young lady was extreme rude and lazy during our visit on Wed, 22 Mar 2023. The ice cream in the jack and jill buckets were frozen hard, so she did not want to make the effort to scoop it, and attempted to give me half a scoop. She then spoke rudely to the other customer who was purchasing a scoop.Overprice at $5.00 a scoop, and all you get is rudeness, and a basic ice cream.Need to work on improving customers service.

This is the best bubble tea I’ve had. I’m so sad I discovered it when I am moving away. Please make a location in MD, specifically Rio in GAithersburg!!!! Please!!! I will come every day.

Third time coming here, they denied service. There was 2 workers Sage and someone else. I was the only customer and they refused to make a rolled ice cream because they said there might be a rush right after me. That’s a ridiculous excuse. Sage was rude the entire time. Will not be coming back here.
