Silver Diner - Ashburn

The Silver Diner is delightful! My friends and I went there for Valentine's dinner and we had a lovely experience. Our waitress Dani was so sweet and wonderful. The atmosphere is so fun and refreshing. I was surprised at the variety in the food, as there were a lot of vegetarian/vegan options, which were all very yummy! I would absolutely go again!

LAMB MERGUEZ SHAKSHUKA was delicious. I hope it stays in the menu. Servise is good. We enjoy our meal and experience every time.

Siam is phenomenal, he's so customer oriented. I'll ask to be in his section next time I'm in.Vegetarian options: I had the BLT subbed for Tempeh Bacon, no meat, was very good. Will order again.

Dani is the sweetest!! She served my friends and I last night for Valentine's day and despite how busy they were, she kept checking up on us! When a food item was missing or there was an error, she would immediately go check on it for us! <3

I expected a greasy spoon and what it is, is exceptional. High quality, locally sourced meals with Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free and Heart Healthy options AND menu items. Tried the Beyond Meatballs Mac and Cheese and wasn 't disappointed. Can 't wait to go back and try the Vegan Chili and Hibiscus Mango Soy milk shake. Want a warm breakfast? They serve JustEgg option for any omelet and tempeh bacon or what about Oat milk Protein Pancakes? I 'm lovin ' this place.... This is my new favorite. Friends can dine as they please and I do not have to resort to only a salad (but they have those too). I am in heaven.
