The Burger Shack - Ashburn

The staff at the restaurant gave me a shrug when I requested the lentil burger to be cooked on a separate, cleaned area of the grill. It had good seasoning but fell apart easily. Despite being advertised as vegan, they charged extra to switch out the bun to truly make it vegan. I was quite disappointed by this experience.

The waitress did a great job explaining the menu items, detailing the ingredients. I tried the portobella mushroom burger and it was delicious! The restaurant was nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Burger and hot dog was great- however, French fries were soggy.

Food is always super good! Fries can be a little soggy-ish due to the amount of time its in the box between the restaurant and your house, but thats not their fault (and theyre still amazing)!

The bun was so saturated with liquid that it was practically inedible. The lettuce was wilted. The burger was decent in taste. The fries were overly salty and lacked crispiness. I spent $42 on two burgers and two small fries.
