Taco Bell - Springfield

I was in the drive-thru yesterday, my order lasted about 5 minutes, but the customer service that was given to me was excellent, I will come back.

We spent 25 dollars in their business and specifically asked for sauce! you didn't give us anything and that was cold? next time I go south lime

Had my son go purchase a 12 pack box of tacos and was charged over 30 on my card. My daughter also used her card and the charger her the same for a box and a couple other little things.

I had a taco craving so of course I went to Taco Bell. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and a drink. My order was correct, the person at the window was nice without being gushy, and my food was still hot when I got home.

July 19, 2022: This afternoon it was a pleasure to stop by this particular location. My order was promptly taken and efficiently prepared. Two courteous, friendly employees (Allie and Kyle) served me. Their demeanor serves as excellent ambassadors for Taco Bell. High praises for fine service and great tasting food!
