The personal was friendly through the journey through. the food was good. only the complaining was when I left a few weeks ago for my change, the administration was too busy outside the phone smoking, one had to wait 15 minutes until she came to a safe one. the workers were great, but she was terrible when they came in when they didn't give the change. she knew she was still outside and she was on the phone. becthle ave. day shift

Had no white castle in one because, so made a special trip here. faster, friendly service and eating was hot and well made. great experience. parking: good space search, dining room open.

Inadvertently placed the wrong order. Ordered fish instead of burgers. The manager took the fish back and made burgers even though it was MY mistake. Great customer service.
