Mcdonald's - Springfield

My birthday breakfast with a friend. new dame in register with help des managers. he was extraordinary. he helped her wait for us and was very friendly and friendly. to our surprise, the man behind us paid it cowardly. we thank him and I told him he bought my birthday breakfast. very miraculous. good experience.

With all visited locations I will drive from springfield to order from this fairborn location. always great customer service and hot delicious food.

The second time I was there. in the last two weeks I ordered food chickenuggets and fish only after home and get. No nuggets or fish

I find it disrespectful, I sit at the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order. I then ordered a Diet Coke. No one pointed out to me they were out of large cups. I then pay go to the window and am handed a small Diet Coke. I was the rudely asked is this not yours. I said I order a diet Coke I think. She goes yeah this is it rudely again. I then said I wanted a large Diet Coke. I’m then greeted with a response of well we don’t have large cups and we won’t get them till the truck gets here. The truck keep in mind was there and was blocking off the entire parking lot. I did not appreciate the rude service and did not appreciate the lack of communication before I had bought the Diet Coke. If I was told they were out of large cups I would’ve gone to a gas station to purchase one. But instead they allowed me to purchase the small under a false notion that I was thinking I was purchasing a large.

I actually just went by the East Main store this morning at 5 till 6am. All lights were on was rudely told they were closed. I am thinking that you guys need to change the hours on the website and train East Main better.Service: 1/5
