Little Caesars Pizza - Springfield

The cashier didn't steal my cheese sauce and the manager refused to give me one, even though he had charged my card with an extra dollar. The managers were extremely angry and when I started to be angry, the STORE MANAGER ran after me to threaten me. DIESES ESTABLISHMENT is not SAFE!!!!

I normally never have an issue at this location. The other night was just all bad. I waited for over 45 minutes while everyone after me was waited on. They call my name finally only to discover the girl only made one on my pizza. I ask girl if she can would keep other food warm. She tells me the table they cut pizza on is a warmer an will keep my food hot. Well not only was that not true I get home to discover my food was made all on the wrong crust. All bad

Says hot and ready, but there are never any pizzas ready and there is always a waiting. it's better to call before, but they'll wait.

This place was a sweat, she went and they said my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I went into the load and came back and thought my pizza was ready, sweat was on me! I waited for more than 45 minutes for just one pizza. They never told about the 10 to 15 people who were in the load that they had an order of 20 pizzas and they had to make them 1. because it was a special event. they would have told me that I would have told them to cancel my order, but they had already taken my credit card. I will never go to this place again, and my pizza was quite incorrigible and not cooked all the way

A phone order was said it would be 20 minutes, I got there 25 minutes later and they couldn't even find my order, had to reorder and wait another 25 minutes and got hired by the workers because they didn't do their work.! If you don't like your job, then quit!
