Hot Head Burritos - Springfield

I picked up lunch from this restaurant today. The interior of the store was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive while taking my order. I opted for the small burrito bowl, which I found to be a good deal for the price. I chose chicken with brown rice, grilled vegetables, pico de gallo, cilantro, and a touch of cheese. The veggies were fresh and the chicken had a nice spice mix. The flavor of all the ingredients was perfect, with nothing disappointing. I will definitely return.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. Located in a former Kentucky Fried Chicken building, the employees were friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier informed me that the deal I was trying to use a coupon for was already on Sundays, allowing me to keep my coupon for another visit. I also learned about the Hot Head card, which allows you to earn rewards with each purchase. I already have a free entree waiting for me. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and they even provide masks for those who may have forgotten theirs (a friendly reminder to always bring your masks with you). Even though I don't live in Springfield, I will certainly remember this place for future visits to the area.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today for lunch and the service was amazing. The young man named Cody behind the counter was super friendly, and the food was phenomenal. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Cody deserves a raise because I am very picky with my food. Thank you again.

Veggie rice bowl was nothing but swashing, some actually cooked. the steak burrito tasted like the left pot, not steak

Most employees were not willing to serve customers. a simple question as to how to read the order back, left it speechless. requested double meat and was insured, it was there. I'm home and it wasn't. I love hot heads, but tonight they have changed the names in pot heads.
