Chick-fil-a - Spartanburg

This place is always friendly at the point with its customer service, the Drive-Thru is quite efficient and fast, and the food is always satisfying and tasty! Staff always seem professional, the drive-thru is always clean and the restaurant thanks!

We stopped in for the peach milkshakes, a seasonal item. The line was short, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They asked if we wanted whipped cream and a cherry, and of course we said ?Yes!? The shakes were delicious with big pieces of peaches throughout. Stop in while they are still available!

I enjoy this restaurant primarily for its excellent service and high-quality food. However, the wait time for order execution is a bit too long. Despite ordering my food online in advance, I had to wait for 10 minutes at the restaurant while watching cars drive through the pickup line. I only ordered a parfait, so the execution process should be much quicker, ideally as fast as or even faster than the drive-through service.

I always have a great experience at the restaurant located on Asheville Highway! The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. The restaurant is always clean, including the restroom, which is very important to me!

To me, Chick-fil-A is not worth waiting in a long drive-thru line to pay nearly $9 for dry, tough nuggets on flavorless mini chicken bread. I used to eat it regularly, but it's just not as enjoyable anymore.
