Local F.i.g - Spartanburg

We had a great experience. The food was good and service was great. The staff was very friendly. We utilized the upstairs game room for some fun during a team meeting.

No precautions, only two female servers wore a mask. Had a 15 person family party without masks on adults or children. Owners and other workers did not wear masks. I should have gone, but I wanted to try the food. The appetizers were decent, but our meal was usually cold. They use jalapenos in/on everything, also on pulp oil. The cheese was like a ball park Nacho cheese. I was really disappointed.

Our waiter (from Boston was great, personal, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and gave good recommendations. The only misfortune was that our burgers were clearly overhauled / meat was burned. We were in a hurry, so we didn't say anything (I bet the waiter/manager had determined that if we had said something, but we didn't.

Had a great lunch here. Very cool spot in downtown Spartanburg. The FIG burger was fantastic, as were the sweet potato fries with caramel bourbon glaze. My son got the adult grilled cheese and loved it. Atmosphere at lunch was very quiet. It looks like it would be a fun evening spot for drinks, too. Outside tables were a nice option, but we sat inside. Service was great very attentive and friendly waitress.
