Eggs Up Grill - Spartanburg

Excellent food as always. Server was very nice. This was our first visit to this location and the music was very loud and there was an alarm beeping through our whole meal.

Nique D. was such an amazing server, it was like she could read our mind providing prompt friendly service before we could ask for what we wanted. I can't wait to come back!

My Fiancé and me love Eggs Up Grill, but today the service was terrible. Our server Shana was very rude and we waited an hour for our food to come out cold. I sat and watched our food for 20 minutes sit on the hot bar, and I understand that the first orders go first but that was just ridiculous watching her run passed it just to take more orders in the over crowded kitchen. Our poached eggs came over cooked and cold, and the home fries came cold and soggy.

Absolutely awful. My friend and I, both women of color, went there today, July 22nd around 11am. We were ordering mimosas and pulled out our IDs for the waitress. She was inspecting them for a long period of time and asked to see them again and started inspecting the back. She then said she would be right back, and took both of our IDs to the back. She had been back there a few minutes so we then asked another waitress to go get our IDs back because we were leaving. Our original waitress and what may have been a manager, comes out but then goes to another room, still with our IDs in our possession. At that time we gathered our things and they walked out, the manager walks over and hands my friend our IDs without even trying to explain what their ignorant process was about. Clearly, she found nothing wrong, and didn’t even attempt a sincere apology. I have never experienced anything like this before and will definitely not be visiting this location again.

The service was absolutely fantastic!! But the food on the other hand was not so good . My grits was very very much garlicky !! Too much garlic!! The shrimps was so good . I would come back but not for the grits . The Tea was
