Service very bad and slow, spent 10 minutes to serve a customer, service very bad

I visited tim hortons. it was generally good until recently. I think the staff is generally helpful and has a good job. the service is declining. in the game: I saw a hired man fill my ice cream in the cream and then add 3 pieces of ice. my ice cream was still warm this time they filled my ice cream (with little ice), and when I came into my car, he driped everywhere. ordered chicken soup once, and when I came home, it was 95% liquid and 5% noodle chicken soup

Waiting time for one donut 15 minutes. The lady who is taking the orders was verl slow. No customer service. Not recommamded. Will not go back

This Tim Hortons location is decent, but its size is a bit of a drawback. It's quite small, which means the seating fills up quickly on busy days. However, when I visited, it was clean and had a good variety of food available for order. I would definitely consider returning to this Tim Hortons.
