Tim Hortons - Scarborough

I used to have good experiences at this restaurant, but recently it has gone downhill. They couldn't get my order right, with one bag in and one on the side. When I asked for a sleeve (as the tees were extremely hot), I received a dirty look. To make matters worse, my order (cheese teebiscuit with butter) was forgotten. The next two people in line behind me received their orders before mine, and when they realized they had forgotten my order, they grabbed the cookie, tore it open, and let it sit there while they prepared the cheese. It took two more slow runs through the line before I finally received my teebiscuit.

It should be a requirement for all servers to properly mix all ingredients for each order of chili before serving it to customers. The chili I received seemed to be mostly sauce with very little meat and only a few kidney beans and other small pieces.

This restaurant has some issues. I'm not sure if it's the microphone system, the staff's hearing problems, a language barrier, or simply a lack of care. They have trouble getting orders right. I ordered a double toasted bagel with cheddar and tomato, but they thought I said cream cheese. Not only was this unacceptable, but they also charged me an extra $1.50 for their mistake. Those who can do better should. This kind of service is disappointing.

2 brat beef beef beard, extra brat beef and begged for the sosse on both sides of the rolls, so that the sandwich holds together instead of a chaos and everything falls with sosse on my finger and clothing. the person makes the sandwich with a huge bargain sauce on the inside of the bratbeef and it begins to collapse as she gets a bag. Why? Maybe they need to learn how to make sandwiches. Finally, with all the sosse collapsed, it is now on her gloves and then she spreads it on the paper bag that I now have to ask for a new bag. is that important?

I don't know how you manage to make such a messy breakfast sandwich especially with no line up , also paid for 2 hashbrowns and never got them . This location is terrible
