McDonald's - Scarborough

I am giving a 5-star rating because I am currently at your Sheppard and Warden location. The manager on duty is very kind and genuine, providing excellent service.

I had a wonderful and welcoming experience at the restaurant. I ordered a happy meal for Mchappy Day.

The staff at this restaurant had trouble getting our order right, making mistakes four times before finally getting our coffee. Unfortunately, when we did receive it, the coffee was cold. Additionally, the staff seemed unfamiliar with how to prepare items from the menu. Despite these challenges, it was the only establishment open in the area at 10:00 pm.

Great service staff friendly and meal was hot and very delicious. Always pleased eating at this location

This review is for 2019 12 09 12:50pm. This looks like a typical McDonald's except the seating area looks more modern. There are 3 self order kiosks or you can do a mobile order. There is a separate pickup area from the order counter. There are 3 seating areas with live TV in 2 of the areas. There is a children's playroom that seems to be sound isolated. There are separate male/female washrooms that are accessible. Where they lost one star is in the men's washroom, the (sitting toilet wasn't working and the sign says to use the washroom across the hall (ie, the women's washroom not sure how that will work! . Also 30% of the washroom floor was wet. It is probably because they just washed the floor but they should dry it to prevent slipping! There is free WiFi. There is a private parking lot.
