Church's Texas Chicken - Savannah

About 3:00pm waited in drive thru line only to get to window and told they are closed they had no chicken. Time for new manager when you can't determine how much is required to make it through the day.

My son wanted Church's and I didn't mind waiting over 25 minutes for the chicken, but it was cold no warmth to it at all. My son didn't want to go back because of the previous waiting period. The young lady that took the order was very polite.

Nothing against staff. Very short staffed. Waited 45 minutes in drive thru and to top it off, main items such as biscuits and chicken tenders are not available due to shipping issues. Do not, I repeat do not go on your lunch break unless you're self employed or have 2 hours for lunch.

The place definitely needs to be shut down They only have two people on staff with a long line certain items not ready. The owner has got to do better this is sad for customers workers.

This place is HARDLY open. 345pm cars. in line ask for your order window another 15 min. Guy come to check out window. We are. Closed. Why take people's orders. That's bad business. In this heat .
