We book for lunch and they tell us there is room for 4 people. Since they don't even ask me my name, I think there are plenty of places. We arrive there and discover that the restaurant is PACKED due to a birthday party, both inside and out. They tell us to wait 5 minutes but it's quite obvious that no one would have vacated seats within 5 minutes. We ask for explanations and they show us that they were setting up a microscopic table in the middle of the birthday mess, right in the transition point between the kitchen and the living room. We explain that WE DON'T TALK ABOUT IT and say that we are going elsewhere and they don't even apologize for having handled the matter so badly. I would have liked to give a rating on the food but such behavior had never happened to me: if you are full, TELL ME!
