Oregano Pizza Pasta - Richmond Hill

This is one of the best pizza places in town. The lady at the front counter gave me a complimentary drink because I had to wait 15 minutes. The service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this place.

I have frequented this restaurant over the years, but my experience tonight was disappointing. The service was subpar, with an inexperienced and poorly trained server more focused on folding cutlery than attending to us. The appetizers were enjoyable, drinks were decent, and the Caesar salad was tasty. However, the prices were high, which is typical. I ordered the seafood linguini, but the mussels were clearly rancid. The dish was advertised with octopus and shrimp, but what I received was a frozen seafood mix in an overcooked, odorous red sauce. The quality of the homemade pasta was also questionable. The restaurant has potential, but it is in need of renovation, menu simplification, better-trained staff, and fresher ingredients. While I understand the challenges restaurants are facing during the pandemic, investing in improvements could lead to profitability and higher quality. The experience was mediocre, but serving old seafood is inexcusable. Hope for better luck in the future.

The service at this restaurant was very poor. We were seated at a table and the waitress didn't even ask how our food was. Most of the time she was behind the counter on her phone. When she brought us the spinach salad, she mentioned it was dressed with salad dressing. We would have ordered something else if she had mentioned it. When we asked for water, it was lukewarm. Getting ice for our water and the bread that was supposed to come with our meal was like pulling teeth. When inquiring about dessert, we were told they only get delivered once a week and they had run out days ago. We've been here several times in the past and enjoyed it, but this time was a disappointment. The employees didn't seem to care.

If you need an affordable dine with good food, then this place is perfect. her menu is also fantastic as they have many sorts. we ordered calamari, bruschetta, cajun chicken pizza, spaghetti linguine and veallo tenderin and everything tastes perfect. the place is also good because it has parking and close to a bus stop and yrt express bus stop. it is also a good place to eat after or before a movie as it is only next to imagine cinemas. the server and the eating waiting time is also good and the place is very cozy and has very relaxing moods. evaluation of this point 10/10.

We enjoy getting take out from Oreganos- there food is nicely prepared and great for our family. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Cacciatore, coconut shrimp, and pasta Bolognese for the kids. We love the food!
