Starbucks - Olney

Here is a nice picture of standing at the Starbucks with nobody here. Ah those mornings where you spend longer waiting for the employee then you do getting in your car and driving to the starbucks

This store is always clean and well stocked. It also has a wide selection of beer and wine.

Bad customer service. The woman collecting carts at the front entrance was snarky and rude. When I called to report her behavior to the manager, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, and then hung up on.

Unfairly terminated an employee. Even after proven employee did no wrong-doing.

This location is inconsistent...some days its delicious and some days its not... my order doesn't change...
