The Big Greek Cafe - North Kensington

I ordered the Gyro and it really hit the spot! It was loaded with meat. I got the platter which came with 2 sides - Greek fries and Greek salad. The salad was a decent size, about a cup. Just a heads up, the olives in the salad still have pits in them, so be careful when taking a bite!

This place was awesome. Portions are huge and sides are really generous. Everything tasted great. The flounder meal had two giant filets. Our family of four had 5 pounds of leftovers, which we ate for a few days. Before ordering, look at the signs hanging under the fixed menu. I might have tried the lamb shanks, but I didn't see the sign until after I ordered. We all saw multiple dishes we'd like to try in the future. Tip well for dine in, as they bring every dish and

My son had a Basketball practice near by so needed to grab a quick bite, since we haven?t had gyro for a while decide to go here. Food was good, and service was friendly and quick! Plus the cashier gave my son a free soda, but instead we appreciate the great kindness so we gave a big tip to the cashier! We were too hungry forgot to took the pics, but I had a mix plater and my son had a gyro sandwich. Simple and quick! Will be back next time around.

As someone who works nearby, I frequent this restaurant for their excellent salads. I typically place my order over the phone and each time, the staff member I speak to is always friendly, professional, and efficient. Within just a few minutes of hanging up, my salad is ready and neatly packed with a warm side of pita bread. The consistent pleasant service and greeting I receive upon arrival never fails to impress me. Despite always intending to leave a review, today I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional experience.
