Ihop - Olney

I visited and ate at IHOP. I was hit right away and my order was taken. They were very fast competing with my order. It was less crowded than I came in what made it better. There was no long line. The place is very clean and quiet. And the food is great!. I will recommend this place to everyone I meet. Keep the staff of good work. Great customer service

Horrible. You would think the would be busy but we were 1 of only 3 tables seated. It took us 2 1/2 hours! Not to mention that when one of our party ordered a medium burger she was told by the waitress that chef does not prepare medium. She actually said do u want to get sick? All in all every one of our party of 6 had a problem with their order. One person never got her grits nor did our waitress acknowledge them. Also, we were treated to staff members arguing and one tossing tables and chairs around because he didn't want to sweep. What a terrible Mother's Day. Thanks IHOP

At first before receiving my food, I had given 5 stars (but since picking up my food, I have changed my rating to 2 stars) After arriving to pick up my meal for curb side, had to wait an additional 20 min pass the exped time of pick up. Then after getting home the food did not look well prepared, and was cold. Then when calling to register this concern the person who answered the call, did not identify the business, but just said yes. I have been going to this location since they opened and have never received food that looked like what mines did, nor when calling, was the person unprofessional. I enjoy this location, and hope they get it together.

First, the food is fine. No issue there. But the service was terrible. We spent the better part of an hour here just getting lunch. It looks like they don't have enough staff to keep customers waited on. Our waitress was fine, but it looked like she was overwhelmed. The price is right, though.

If I could give this I Hop a zero for their rating I would. March 01, 2022, I arrive at 615 PM and was seated. At approximately 630 no one came to take my order. Other people came in and were seated I'm assuming it was the manger who took the one couples order right away that came in bout 5 minutes after me. She had a red shirt on so assuming she was the manger. I stood up and ask her if I could get waited on and told her that the couple had came in after me. She came and took my order and never came back. The other people had gotten their food ate and she game the thier bill. After a hour I still had no food or service. I left and gave Mc Donald's my business. I talked to other Customers and they said they were never coming here again. I know I will never come back to this I Hop. I will drive out of my way and to the one at 355 28 they have excellent service. Then on March 02, 2022, at 1130 called to make a complaint and nobody is answering the phone.
