We were very excited to go to chipotle today because we love chipotle. we gave them a second shot of our last visit. which was not great either, they had no white rice and told us it was an hour to be done. Today they have white rice, but not much more. it was a very disorganized and painful stacking to observe that they had our dishes along with the very few ingredients they had. often on the back to check for ingredients that they do not. after checking out we were informed that they were for the dishes from the lid. we drove 1 mile from restaurant with the food to house. we had to heat our bowls in the microwave because they were cold, probably because they had no lids or they were never hot to start. Does anyone know the best time to go to this chipotle? or is that so all the time? If so, they need a new manager. probably not coming back

I wasn't even here. the restaurant has gone to the complete müll. everyone was dirty and of everything. the food was very old! they didn't even get ready! the guy didn't even know the difference between white and brown rice!

Order from here a few years at the asp ave. situation in norman ok (door Dash gives no other chipotle option that in the city for where I live, in town, equal distance from other chipotle) could not help if they get them the correct order, put their order right, make them secure that the delivery men the correct order for them always prevent me. as expensive as it is that this happens sooo many times and to others I also know!
