Red Lobster - Norman

I was there and they didn't have my reservation. they said their machine didn't work and let me wait 20 minutes.

My priority seat registration was of no use, since the dame did not even check on her computer at the reception. she just wrote my name on a piece of paper (was for all other diners) and let me wait. the waiting time was very reasonable. eating was very salty. service was excellent.

Friendly staff at every level. eating was very good, and I appreciated the management according to the social distance security measures in view of the limitation of the occupancy and the table distance. I look forward to the day we can all live safely from the virus.

Don’t bother with reservations. They don’t use them

The fried shrimp and biscuits are good. The roasted vegetables were chewy and did not seem freshly roasted. The lobster in butter sauce was tasteless.
