Bidrage med feedbackThe food was okay, I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich. Nice portion of size. There was an employee who worked that she was nice. The store was clean. When I came to the restaurant, two customers were sitting.
The website gives hours from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday. I reserved a ham section for Saturday. I will spare you the details of my timetable and how this will make the whole situation worse. You have to say I arrived at 10 a.m. and the door was locked. I waited until 10:20 and there were 10 minutes before I left. I also called the store and the message, although recorded for Thanksgiving, said after Thanksgiving day, they would be open normal hours, 10-3. Unfortunately, a car moved up and the person went up to the door, unlocked it and went inside. I thought it would be irritating myself if I was banged in, so I gave it another 10 minutes or so I knew I compromised my schedule. I went to the door and was sadly met with Vitriol and abstention. They said they were closed and would not open until 11:00. I reminded the person of their specified hours to cancel both online and language message and the order. Look. Oh, you say that. I have nothing to worry about. So I never went back to this place. However, I made time to go through the store in Rocky Mount, where I was treated with respect and they made an exception to get me a ham. I love her ham. Just not the look.
It is the crazy season! I was in tune with all her ham for Thanksgiving, looking forward to a tavern club sandwich. I just moved here and hasn't been with a honeybaked ham company for a long time. I've been treating myself today. I got my order and it happened to be the wrong sandwich, and I was angry first because I hate to get what I didn't pay, but I went back to the register and spoke to someone in the back and they immediately corrected my order and gave me an additional contract for the error. under normal circumstances, I would have judged it wrong only for my order and underestimated it. if it wasn't for the person that made my sandwich new, and I don't know the name of the man, but he was so friendly and so apologetic that I really appreciated the good customer service. it is rare today and I just want to make it clear that I am grateful for anyone who works today because they don't have to work! No one has to work anymore because they compensate for that they are home, which is ridiculous and horrific, but I degress. I want to thank the man who made my sandwich new. they make a great job and their customer service is exemplary! thank you for being here today. I appreciate you!
I called from Canada to order a deli tablet for our cousin who had died. Spoke with Alison, who was nice and helpful, what would be best to send. The transaction was very smooth and if necessary I would use it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Alison??
I had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich meal with the ham and bean soup delivered through grubhub. Everything was delicious! The bread tasted fresh and flavorful. I'm looking forward to my next order and just wish I found Honey Baked Ham sooner. Thank you for making your food with love!
