Bidrage med feedbackSeated right away and was welcomed by our server within a couple of minutes. Very friendly and took very good care of us. My wife's birthday today and our server brought her a ice cream ????, which was very good. Food was great and really enjoyed ourmeal.
The food was good and service was good too. It is about what you can expect anywhere out of a chain Longhorn. Unlike most of the restaurants in the area, service did not seem to be negatively impacted by staff shortages. We did have a piece of aluminum foilshow up in one of our salads. When brought to the attention of a manager, she apologized but nothing else was offered. One steakwas ordered medium well and came out medium rare. Other than that, all was well.
As a Texan familiar with steakhouses, I can confidently say that this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Both my medium steak and my mom's dish were cooked to perfection, demonstrating the chef's skill. The steak was seasoned just right, making it tender and juicy. The gluten-sensitive menu was straightforward and easy to understand, and our server, James, was particularly attentive to our dietary needs. Our orders were spot on, and we left feeling satisfied and full, all without spending a fortune.
We arrived at 2:30 PM and waited for about 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When the hostess finally approached, she told us there would be a 10-minute wait. Surprisingly, all the tables were empty and the parking lot was devoid of cars. Overall, we experienced poor service and an unfriendly attitude.
If you're craving some tender, off-the-bone ribs, LONGHORN is the perfect spot to visit. We waited about five minutes for a table, and the service was friendly and attentive. The prices are quite reasonable, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting.
