World Buffet. - Monona

Food was cold, most food choices were out, Staff was nice but wish they'd compensate for it was only there for about 5 minutes

I stayed away from this place due to the bad reviews, but a friend recommended it to me so I tried it out. Let me say, if you are expecting high quality authentic Chinese food, don’t go to a buffet. The food was all pretty decent with a good variety and a very good price per pound. None of it seemed like it had been sitting there for a long time and none of it was cold. I especially enjoyed the crab Rangoon’s. Would go again.

Customer service was garbage she followed me around the entire time. Told me I couldn’t have some things and rushed us our whole meal so I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten! They didn’t care to refill the food at all every time I went to get food the trays would be empty and they don’t have nothing there to eat. The food taste disgusting and we paid 12$ for my girl just to eat 3 slices of garlic bread and it was empty the whole entire time we were there. The sushi I ate stated it was crab tempura but it was only baked potato with cucumber and pineapple. Not worth the money!!

The food was bland and not a very good variety. Most likely will not return to this restaurant. There are better buffets elsewhere.
