Noodles Company - Monona

I received a burnt piece of chicken and a double order of plain noodles with no seasoning! I got no double shrimp! This was a disaster and I will be requesting a full refund!!!

I changed the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken to have marinated steak, different noodles (spaghetti noodles for alfredo weirds me out. and no mont amore cheese and instead parmasean. it was honestly pretty good. well seasoned and everything had a good serving on it. it was a BIT salty, but i think next time i might get the montamore cheese just to try it. otherwise it was good

On Thursday evening May 19, 2022 at 7:30 pm in Monona Wisconsin I ordered a regular Mac n cheese that cost me $7.25. When I got my food, I got a little one. I took it back and told them I ordered a normal one. She said I'd make a new one. She came with him 3 minutes later and said that this was a regular, but in a small dish. I still have a little one instead of a tribe. I'm not happy. I should get a $40.00 gift card from them to screw up my order

The worst Noodles in Madison. Online order said our food was done 20 minutes prior, and I still waited 15 minutes. Nobody got the chicken we ordered and noodles were undercooked. My dish had uncooked broccoli, burnt noodles, and what appears to be a piece of raw chicken. DO NOT ORDER at this location.

I love noodles but this location has been dropping the ball lately with pick up orders this now the 4th time in a row where I have had a pick up order and part of my order was missing. How hard is it to double check. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years I know it only takes a min to make sure everything is in the bag
