I visited the Odana store for the first time today and I was so impressed! Although the café area was filled, and there was a line at the counter, the staff was very enthusiastic and worked so well together to provide exceptional customer service. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful, dedicated gluten-free bakery in our community. Thank you!

I haven't had a croissant in almost 14 years. The ham and gruyere croissant was a buttery, flakey, delicious bit of heaven. The vanilla bean latte was also delicious. It will be on my list of places to stop each time I visit my daughter in Madison, because we have nothing close to this good for gluten free items where we live.

My wife is gluten sensitive and she was able to eat everything here. The quality is fantastic. Best gluten free baked goods we've ever had hands down.
