Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

They close an hour earlier than the other local Papa Murphy's locations and often stop serving well before their closing time. We went in to pick up a simple dinner on a Friday night, and they informed us that they were no longer serving and had already packed up the food for the night. It's frustrating because they don't have to cook anything. There was still half an hour left until their actual closing time. This has happened multiple times, and we won't be returning.

We ordered two pizzas on the app and you had no cheese on it. So we called the store to see why and to get a replacement. The boy who replied that there were no managers working on weekends and that they could not do anything. We said this was inevitable, so he called his manager and said that the manager said it was our fault and that they would not do anything for us and then hang on to us. At a time you should take care of your customers, they are not. I hope the owner of this store knows the kind of staff he works for him. We're not gonna get pizza here anymore and push others to go somewhere else to get a pizza.

Quick service. Pleasant staff in Monona. Walked in and ordered a Cowboy pizza. Discount on Tuesday! They made in within two minutes and said to have a nice day as I left. Great tasting pizza with lots of toppings. I highly recommend it.
