Mcdonald's - Monona

I won't be coming here anymore, even tho I have like 4 times a week for the last few months. Last couple times they completely ignored my request for no cheese, and this time they said I had no mobile order code when I did. I then sat there for 5 minutes with no response and just decided to leave I'm mad and embarrassed, just keep the money at this point. Sucks bc it was convenient on the way home from work, but I'll just go to Milwaukee St now.

Super disappointed in McDonald's as of late. Last time I ordered my cheeseburger was smooshed and I went through drive-thru. I didn't have time to go back to have them fix it. The prices aren't cheap anymore either so McDonald's is becoming less and less frequent for me.

Cooked the food wrong and had attitudes when we wanted our meal made right after spending 20 bucks.

Tried going through the drive-through yesterday, sitting for about 15 minutes without service. Everyone in line, along with myself, eventually pulled away and went inside. The kiosks are similar to most, but they didn't print a receipt, meaning I never got my number. When I got my food, an item was incorrectly made. It's just a real train wreck there.
