Oh man, this place is awful! The pizza is terrible, and the service doesn't help either. If you're looking for amazing pizza, go to Chadwarden's Pizza (also known as Chaddaddy Cwizzy Bigpapi). It's the best!

If you haven't visited since the new ownership, you have to check it out! The place is looking fresh and immaculate! The pizza is fantastic, and I really love the sauce. My boyfriend also enjoyed the chicken parm dinner. We will definitely return!

However, after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes, I called the restaurant and learned that my food had been ready for 40 minutes, but no Mealeo driver had arrived yet. Since my family was hungry, I asked if they could remake the food to ensure it would be hot when the driver finally came. After a brief hold, I was told by the manager that they wouldn’t remake the food because they were too busy. I requested that they hold my cold food and not let the Mealeo driver take it if they ever showed up. I then drove to the restaurant. On the way, I called Mealeo customer service and waited for 15 minutes before getting a representative who could only refund my $2.99 delivery charge, and obviously, they wouldn’t be collecting the $6 tip I had left. Upon arriving, I noticed the restaurant was empty except for employees and two stacks of pizza boxes waiting for delivery, one of which was mine. I asked one employee if he was the owner, and when he confirmed he was, I simply asked what they were going to do about the situation. Ultimately, he said they wouldn’t do anything since they didn’t like the Mealeo service they were using and had experienced multiple issues with it. He suggested I use GrubHub instead. I wondered how I, as a customer using their own website, was supposed to know that. His attitude was indifferent and un apologetic. I was left disappointed with no hot food or a refund. I was told that if I had an issue, I needed to go through Mealeo. Another manager asked for my name and said he would document it in their system and provide me with a credit for my next order. However, I won’t be returning—this experience has lost them a customer. Looking at other Yelp reviews, it seems my feelings about this place are not unique, and it’s apparent from the lack of responses from the owners that they don’t care about customer feedback. I hope that sharing this will help others avoid a disappointing dining and delivery experience.
