Nové Italian Restaurant - GANSEVOORT

The restaurant renovated a floor, didn't give us before and crowded everyone in one side of the restaurant. It was extremely loud. The waiter was slow and took a very long time to get any beverage orders. My lasagna was boiled. Four people ate and nobody said their meal was good. We're not special. It just didn't taste good. Deception... Years ago it was great. Let's not go back.

Food was good, but the service and the ambience were terrible. lasted 15 minutes after we sat for the server to even come for our beverage order and they were not busy 3 tables total for 2 servers. came with our drinks and took orders and we never saw him after he had brought the food. we would have definitely got another beer, but the server never came to check us out. not to mention, it was freezing in the restaurant. Also can not be less than a 18% tip that is wrong because the service earns no more than 10

Enjoyed a delicious dinner to celebrate our anniversary on Valentine’s Day. Service and food were great. Very pleasant atmosphere. Have never been disappointed dining at Nove Restaurant.

We always enjoy our visits. The 5 of us had eggplant parm, sole francese, chicken marsala, chicken parm. All delicious. Nice, attentive wait staff.
